This semester we will be offering the Master Teacher Program for online instruction. Teams of instructors will observe each other’s online courses and lessons and provide feedback and support while compensated for their time. Vision: The goal of the Master Teacher Program is to foster collaboration, create exposure for various teaching styles, and build a network of support for all faculty at EPCC. Mission: Provide paid opportunities for faculty to observe each other’s teaching styles and provide feedback in a relaxed non-prescriptive setting. Format: · Open to all part-time and full-time faculty. · Apply individually or as a team of 4. · Provide virtual tours of online classes and lessons. · Be observed by team members. · Meet to provide feedback. · Low time commitment (each team member is observed once). · Payment for observations and feedback sessions.
