Tony Procell, EPCC English Instructor at Northwest campus, showed one of his journals to a packed house of students, faculty and staff during his "Journaling For Mental Health" talk Thursday at the NWC Jenna Welch & Laura Bush Community Library.
The morning workshop focused on journaling as a way of improving mental health, a practice Procell has pursued for several decades.
The first 30 students who attended the Journaling talk received a leather-bound journal to help get started on their own journaling adventures,
