A message from the City/County Office of Emergency Management on April 1 states that all parks and recreational areas are now closed to the public and off limits.
Public and Private gatherings of any number of people are prohibited.
Anyone returning from travel of 100+ miles outside the City must self-quarantine for 14 days.

What has changed in the April 1, 2020 Local Emergency Directive?
The new Directive from Mayor Margo provides clarification in areas that must be closed and includes additional social distancing requirements for essential services to ensure the community’s safety from the spread of COVID-19. The Amendment Emergency Directive states:
House parties or gatherings are prohibited.
Public parks, pools, recreational centers and facilities, including parks, hike and bike trails, whether formally recognized by the City or not; including, but not limited to any golfing in public or private courses; any gathering in school recreation areas, tennis clubs, and any other private recreational club and recommends against hiking in the Franklin Mountains.
Individuals who have traveled more than 100 miles outside of the city are required to self-quarantine for 14 days, except for healthcare operations.
All non-essential business must cease operations, except curbside delivery; essential business and basic minimum activity is still permitted.
Essential services and supplies are permissible as required to maintain the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences.
Construction is allowed, provided that employers follow set guidelines. Residential Construction.
Adult and child day cares are allowed to operate to enable individuals working for an essential business, in critical infrastructure or performing an essential governmental function, and defines requirements for cleanliness, social distancing, and urges in home care, rather than group care. Real estate services are considered essential provided that Social Distancing requirements are met, and Professional services must be conducted from home unless required by a Court order.
