This is an important update for those who work at or visit the Rio Grande campus. During the spring semester, we held a groundbreaking ceremony for the campus enhancements and the new facility that will be soon built at the Rio Grande campus.
We want to make sure that you are aware of the day-to-day impact of this campus transformation and have some important updates to share.
Construction activity at Rio Grande is set to begin on June 26. The first steps will include fencing off areas of campus. Parking Lots A and E will be closed starting June 26.
The campus has adequate parking for the summer semester in the parking garage and designated street parking. EPCC will have locations for additional parking in time for the Fall Semester.
More details about this additional parking will be announced soon.We will continue to update you throughout the construction which is expected to last two years.
We ask for your patience as we begin these campus enhancements. Pardon our progress as we work to provide additional opportunities for our students.
We are building the future and will continue to keep you informed as well as let you know of detours that may impact your daily activities. Thank you for your understanding and being a part of the Rio Grande Campus!
