Now You See Me 2, directed by Jon M. Chu , might be one of the greatest action packed movies I have seen in awhile.

Yes, the Huntsmen did a lot of tricks that I knew were impossible, but that did not stop me from being left in awe after each trick.

Director Chu had me continuously wondering what was going to happen next, and once I thought I had the movie figured out, BOOM! He through another twist at me.

Chu began the film with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) continued search for the Huntsmen.

30 minutes into the FBI’s investigation, the Huntsmen and their leader FBI agent Dylan Rhodes, get exposed by Merritt McKinney’s twin brother.

Once the Huntsmen avoid being captured by the FBI, the Huntsmen realize that their escape route had been compromised when they found themselves in a restaurant in Macau, China.

Left confused to who might have done this to them, McKinney’s twin brother reveals himself and takes the Huntsmen to a scheming tech wizard, played by Daniel Radcliffe.

Radcliffe’s character, Walter Mabry, offers to give the Huntsmen immunity in China if they help him retrieve a chip that had the ability to control any computer technology in the world.

After the use of witty card tricks, the Huntsmen retrieve the chip and a journey to keep the chip out of the wrong hands begins.

The film ended with the revealing of an unsuspected character being a part of the “eye.” The eye being a secret society of magicians.

I really enjoyed this film, I just wish this were based on a true story.

I give this movie 4 out of 5 stars.
