Rough weekend home and away for the Tejanos/Tejanas

The Tejanos were on the road this past weekend.


They had a series of four games against Frank Phillips College in Borger, TX. On Friday they lost both games with scores of 9-1 and 11-8.


The double header on Saturday finished with paired wins with scores of 13-6 and 14-10.


The Tejanos overall record now stands at 10-20 and their WJCAC (conference) standing record is now 7-13.


Tejanos come back home this weekend with double header games against Midland College and next weekend, Friday and Saturday April 22, and 23 against Clarendon College.


Over at the dirt diamond, Tejanas lost all 4 games of the series this past weekend.


On Friday, the scored concluded in scores of 10-9 and 12-0.


On Saturday, the double header games ended in scores of 14-3 and 13-2.


Tejanas now stand in their overall record with 20-23-1. In their WJCAC record, it now stands at 9-7.


The next two games for the Tejanas will be on the road at Snyder, TX against Western Texas College. Tejanas won’t be back at home field until Friday and Saturday, April 29 and 30, with double header games against Howard College.
